RAITH Rovers have hit the airwaves this season ... now they are hitting the net as well.

Some fans may already be aware that the team is the subject for a weekly radio show , "The Treatment Table", broadcast weekly on Victoria Radio Network (1287 AM).

The show is presented, collated and produced by long time Rovers fans Tom Phillips and Davie Hancock and is broadcast live on Thursday evenings, repeated on Saturday mornings.

However, in order to open up the show to a much wider audience it is now being made available to listen to or download via the internet.

Davie Hancock said: "The show is entirely the work of volunteers, and the Treatment Table Team would like to publicly thank the playing and non-playing staff at Raith Rovers for their patience, help and unconditional support since the show began, and also to thank the fans who have been listening and supporting us so far.

"We've been looking to widen our audience for a few months now, and we're delighted that the show is now available to fans all over the world, and hope that they will enjoy listening to it as much as we enjoy making it.

"We'd also like to hear from anyone who has something to say about the Rovers and wishes to contribute to the show, and we're always keen to receive feedback on anything and everything to do with Raith Rovers."

Tom and Davie are assisted on the show by regular team mates Phil Nicholson and John Mainland who make sure the discussion doesn't miss the big talking points. The team also includes Alan Russell and Jim Christie, who provide specialist pieces throughout the season.

The show can be listened to online or downloaded by visiting the Treatment Table website at: http://www.clickcaster.com/thetreatmenttable.

A new show is uploaded every Thursday night between 9 and 11 p.m along with some interesting clips which the team have gathered during their time on air.
