The Provost of Fife has gained some groovy moves thanks to Olympic athlete Mo Farah.

Members of the Enigma Gymnastics Club (pictured) took Jim Leishman under their wing to learn the famous ‘Mobot’ – and now he’s hooked.

He said: “As the Active Fife team is keen to remind us all, adults should be trying to take part in 30 minutes of moderate activity on most days of the week, while children should be achieving 60 minutes each day.

“I’m pleased to advise that doing the ‘Mobot’ is a very entertaining way to achieve your recommended daily dose of physical activity!”
