THE SECRET is out - Santa’s secret store in Kirkcaldy has been discovered ...
A new self storage facility, based at Mitchelston Industrial Estate, was officially opened this week.
The premises is owned by Fife Group which is known for storing finished products for many companies throughout the Kingdom before they are transported to their final destination.
Jim Leishman, Fife Provost, visited the new facility on Tuesday and was stunned to find Santa Claus and his elves using the premises in the run up to Christmas!
John Kilgour, managing director of Fife Group, said: “We are glad to have been of service to Santa as we appreciate at this time of year he needs as much space as possible.
“We are very familiar with storing finished products for many companies throughout Fife prior to them being shipped out for sale, it allows these businesses to manufacture more and grow without needing larger premises.
“We are glad he has now emptied the store giving us more room to accommodate our customers’ and businesses alike and we have plenty of room for people wishing to empty a spare room ready for Christmas visitors or for some of those wonderful presents Father Christmas has removed from our building.”
Fife Group was founded in 1963 and has grown significantly over the years and now offers a wide range of services including self storage, commercial and domestic removals, warehousing services, commercial property rental and training services.
