RADICAL plans which could change the face of Levenmouth have been unveiled by a group of private investors.
The Leven Valley Development Trust set out its £192 million vision which aims to create around 900 jobs, 1500 new homes and turn the area into a spectacular hub for leisure, tourism and renewable energy.
The Trust revealed its ambitious 'masterplan' at a meeting of investors, council officials and politicians at Thomson House, Methil on Friday.
However economic consultant Tony Mackay, who carried out an independent financial assessment of the plan, told the meeting that although it contained "lots of exciting, innovative proposals" it would only be possible with the support of businesses, local council and national government.
