A 32-year-old man has been arrested following a drugs raid in Anstruther.
East Neuk officers found heroin with a street value of £700 at an address in Cunzie Street on Wednesday before arresting the householder on charges relating to drug dealing.

The man appeared before Cupar Sheriff Court the following day.
Local area sergeant, Tony Doriano, said: "We are fully committed to tackling the damage that taking and dealing in illegal drugs causes to both individuals and communities as part of our policing plan.

"I would encourage the public to continue to share information with us in relation to known drug activity.

"I can assure them that we will take positive action."

Fife Police can be contacted on 0845 600 5702 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
