Fifers set up youth links

EAST Fife FC has forged a link with the club's junior supporters side in a bid to create a solid youth structure at New Bayview.
Revealing details of the plan to the Mail this week, manager Stevie Crawford said that the EFJSC, who won the under 16 league last year, would take the step up to under 17 level and would have a more fixed relationship with the club.

The manager has already brought in new coaches to help the current staff with the running of the side which will be guided by youth coach, Alex Blyth.

On Monday Crawford told the Mail: "We felt that it was right to get this side up and running so it's there now and we'll be looking forward to next season.
