NINE-YEAR-OLD Michael Morrison from Dover Drive in Dunfermline fulfilled his sporting dream by escorting his football heroes out onto the pitch for the recent international friendly between Scotland and Argentina at Hampden Park.

Michael was given the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be a player escort and lead out the teams courtesy of McDonald's, the Scottish FA's official community partner.
The player escorts for the game were chosen after winning a national competition.
Michael was joined at the game by his parents, who watched with pride as their son led out some of the country's most talented players before the game that finished 1-0 to Argentina.
Michael said: "Walking out on to the pitch with the players was amazing; it's an experience that I'll never forget.
"I wish I could do it at every Scotland game, and I can't wait to get back to school to tell my friends about it."
Kenny Dalglish, McDonald's director of Scottish football, said: "We're proud at McDonald's to have given Michael the chance to meet his football heroes and to enjoy the match up-close.
"It's great to give youngsters this experience as it's something they will remember forever."
