Fife Police recovered a quantity of heroin, with a street value of £50,000, from a car travelling on the A915, Standing Stane, Kirkcaldy to Levenmouth road, on Saturday.
Three men have been charged and reported to the Procurator Fiscal.
Detective Chief Inspector Ross Bennett said: “This seizure is one of several recent operations that Fife Police have successfully carried out.
“This is thanks to the support and information provided by local people. We will deal robustly with illegal drugs that plague our communities and if anyone has any information that will assist us further in removing these drugs they should contact us.”
