Gordon Brown and Rory Bremner are set to share a stage in Fife as part of the independence referendum debate.

The politician will be joined at the Alhambra Theatre, Dunfermline, on Tuesday, July 8 with the man whose has impersonated him many times over the years.

The event forms part of the tour Mr Brown pledged to make around Scotland as part of his contribution to the debate leading up to the referendum vote on September 18 - but the inclusion of Bremner makes the Fife one stand-out from the rest.

The host of many TV series and live stand-up shows is renowned for his uncanny impressions and sharp wit.

Bremner will join the Kirkcaldy MP and fellow Scot to discuss their experiences and views for the future of the country.

The event is free but ticketed.

To claim your free tickets call 01383 740 384 or email or in person at the Alhambra box office.

Tickets are limited to four per person.
