Recently, Dylan Bruce, one of three Modern Apprentice finalists employed by Fife Council as a technician at Buckhaven High School, attended the Scottish Training Federation (STF) Apprentice of the Year Awards.

The evening reception, one of many events which took place for Scottish Apprenticeship Week 2015, was held at the Scottish Parliament to recognise the benefits which apprenticeships bring to businesses, individuals and the economy.

Dylan, alongiwth fellow finalists Kirsty Lawson (employed by ASDA and trained by Babcock) and Reece Phimister (apprentice hairdresser at Napier Hair & Beauty) received certificates in recognition of their achievements.
