The Fife Economy Conference 2011 – Making Fife the Easiest Place to Do Business’ – is set to be this year’s main economic event.
The event will look at the challenges faced by businesses to determine practical ways for both companies and the public sector to help make Fife an easier place to do business.
Organised by the Fife Economy Partnership, the half-day conference will also offer businesses in Fife the opportunity to network with policymakers, politicians and business leaders.
Delegates will hear from a range of high profile speakers including Lady Susan Rice, Managing Director of Lloyds Banking Group Scotland and Mike Salter, Chairman of the Scottish Chambers of Commerce. The Scottish Government’s new Minister for Enterprise, Energy and Tourism has also been invited to address the event.
