The William Tracey Group has been shortlisted as a finalist in the National Recycling Awards 2011.

The Viewfield Industrial Estate site, forms the part of the east coast arm of the top recycling business and provides services aimed at helping customers achieve zero waste to landfill.

With 12 sites across Scotland and the north of England the William Tracey Group has had an exciting year, embarking on a number of major projects, including the introduction of a food recycling service which will convert organic waste into renewable energy via the UK’s largest Anaerobic Digestion Plant.

The firm will be competing in the category of ‘Recycling & Waste Management Business of the Year’ at the awards ceremony in London in July.
