FIFE meat company Puddledub is now offering its range of local meats from the butchery in the food hall at Dobbies Garden World in Dunfermline.
Run by local farmer Tom Mitchell, Puddledub is a family business which prides itself in the quality, freshness and local origin of its meat.
Rearing all his own pork and sourcing other meats from local producers, including his nephew Steve who produces beef and buffalo, Tom puts high animal welfare and excellent customer service at the top of his priority list, as well as ensuring that all meat is of the very best quality, freshness and value for money.
Tom said: “I am delighted that, despite being a national chain, Dobbies is embracing local produce and ensuring that its butchery counter is run by someone local to the store who offers the best possible quality meat at the best possible prices.
“My team are really excited about this new challenge and we are looking forward to meeting both new and old customers at Dobbies.”
