Former councillor Harry Blyth visited Leven Parish Church on Sunday to donate the Royal Oak ensign - which he received at the recent 75th anniversary commemorations in Orkney - to be displayed as part of a permanent memorial to the 834 men who were lost during the sinking in October 2014.

Harry is pictured above with Rev. Gilbert Nisbet and the ensign, which spent a whole year below the surface at Scapa Flow, before being presented to Mr Blyth, whose uncle Henry died in the tragedy. Picture by Fife Photo Agency.
