A WELL-KNOWN local ceilidh band is tuning up to celebrate mid-summer and help raise funds for Fife’s most unique nursery.

Clamjamfry is performing at a ceildih being organised by the Secret Garden Outdoor Nursery – Scotland’s first and only fully-outdoor nursery – in Letham Village Hall on Saturday, June 18.

All proceeds from the night’s celebrations will go to the nursery to help buy equipment for the children.

Cathy Bache, founder and lead practitioner at the Secret Garden Outdoor Nursery, said: “We’re very grateful to Clamjamfry for agreeing to help us with our fund-raising event – they are fantastic musicians and we are guaranteed a great evening of fun.

“We would welcome anyone who wants to join us for this family-friendly event to contact us.”
