Class A drugs haul in Lochgelly

Police have arrested and charged two men after recovering Class A drugs in Lochgelly.

Officers seized a quantity of cocaine, with an estimated street value of £80,000, on Station Road on Friday.

The men, aged 20 and 30, are due to appear at court on Monday, charged under the Misuse of Drugs Act

Detective Inspector Colin Robson said: “This was a significant seizure of cocaine that was destined for our streets.’’
