Exercise enthusiasts from Levenmouth were flushed with success after getting themselves in a three-hour spin for charity.

Members of the Culture Health and Fitness gym in Methil, who regularly take part in charity activities, saddled up on spin bikes for a 180-minute pedal in aid of Toilet Twinning and its work in Cambodia, to provide fresh water, safe toilets and better hygiene.

Fitness instructor Nicky Blyth, who led the session along with David Birrell and Louise Van Rensburg, said everyone willingly took part for the full three hours and they raised £624.40.

The riders went for a meal afterwards to Agenda in Leven, where they also received a £50 donation.
