Shoppers will be welcomed back to Aldi’s store in Glenrothes on Thursday, June 11 following a significant extension.

The store in Flemington Road has been extended by 200sqm, with the development creating five additional jobs locally.

To celebrate the re-opening, Aldi will be donating healthy products and snacks to Glenrothes Community Learning and Development, in support of its Summer Family Learning Scheme this July.

Fiona Forrestor, store manager, said: “We are looking forward to welcoming customers back to the extended store and hope they enjoy the new look. Aldi is proud to engage with the local community and we are pleased to be able to support the Glenrothes Community Learning and Development’s Summer Project.”
