A FIFE charity that offers help and support to people suffering from stress, anxiety and depression is launching a Methil workshop.

Peaceseekers, set up in 2010 by David and Kathryn Henderson, has developed the Whole Health Workshop Programme in a bid to help local people discover how they can enjoy a better quality of life.

The workshops include sessions on nutrition, depression, exercise, relationships, anxiety, work and motivation for change. They run over a 12-week period, each comprising a two-hour session, during which participation from the attendees is actively encouraged.

Mr Henderson said: It’s a huge benefit when group members realise they are not alone with their illness and that others have experienced similar things – it is a great encouragement for them.”

The first Methil session takes place at The Sailors Rest on September 26 from 2-4pm. To reserve a place, call 01333 352187.
