Students from Fife College have donated £200 to a local kids charity.

As part of their NQ ESA course, the students volunteered their time at the Methillhill Community Children’s Initiative (MCCI).

While there, they asked friends to donate items for a hamper, which they raffled to raise money to purchase a fireguard for the yurt, which sits in the MCCI Community Garden on Sea Road.

Grace Meldrum, one of the students said: “We sold raffle tickets to family and friends and managed to raise £200. We had enough goodies to have two hampers and a close friend also donated a full body massage too.”
