The Save the Wemyss Ancient Caves Society (SWACS) has received a welcome cash boost.

As well as its regular series of talks on history in the Kingdom, Fife Family History Society also makes donations to local organisations who reflect the society’s aims, and this week it was SWACS who received a £500 donation.

SWACS exists to protect and save the Wemyss Caves and their unique drawings. Roddy Greig presented the cheque on behalf of the history society to SWACS’ David Anderson.
