Residents and staff from Abbotsford Castle Gait Manor in East Wemyss served up a recipe for success in the National Activity Providers’ Association (NAPA) Fine Dining Experience competition.

The Levenmouth care home has been shortlisted as one of the top 20 entries in the UK following the contest, which aimed to create a unique and memorable occasion by hosting a dinner party, with a maximum of 10 guests, two of whom were to be from the local community.

Castle Gait Manor cooks Gina McCabe and Cathy Leslie prepared the delicacies and ensured residents were involved with the set-up and serving of the meal.

Local hairdresser Kelly Nicholson and MSP David Torrance were the community guests.
