East Wemyss comedian Daniel Sloss is playing a homecoming gig at the end of the month.
The Fife funny man (23), has had another brilliant year and will be appearing at the Adam Smith Theatre on September 27.
Daniel, a former Waid Academy pupil, has consistently made an effort to come back to the Kingdom every year despite now performing to sell out audiences around the world as well as featuring in TV programmes such as Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow and Jason Manford’s Comedy Rocks.
This year he also releases his own DVD.
Of the gig Daniel told the Mail: “I spent every Monday, Tuesday and summer holidays in various acting classes at the Adam Smith Theatre,
‘‘I also ran my first ever gig there in the small room. And now to be selling out the main room is mind blowing. To walk out and do a solo show for an hour on the very stage I used to stand on is something I never thought I could do. Also, Fife audiences are mental and I know I can get away with pretty much anything!.”
Sloss’ act has grown into sharp minded and quick witted, observational comedy delivered with potent stage persona.
He hasn’t changed too much though and is still known as ‘half-man-half-Xbox’ and has an ever growing allegiance of loyal fans.
