David said: “I am delighted to have been given such a prestigious title as there are so many worthy volunteers who give their time to BHF Scotland.
“I have made some wonderful friends and have so many great memories. I’d encourage anyone to volunteer for BHF Scotland as it is such a rewarding experience and it’s great fun.”
Lisa Stafford, fundraising volunteer manager for Fife, said: “I am delighted that we can recognise David’s commitment to BHF Scotland. He is always at the forefront of our local fundraising activity and seems to effortlessly juggle numerous tasks at one time to help bring in as much money as possible.”
