Two local groups have benefited from very welcome donations from the local branch of the Bank
of Scotland.

Fife Council’s Family & Community Support Team (East) and the staff from Arden House visited the High Street branch last week to collect cheques for £120 and £2000 respectively.

The community team was also presented with a range of children’s toys which will be distributed to local youngsters ahead
of Christmas.

Carrie Naylor, from the support team, explained the donated cash will help to buy Christmas presents and hampers for local
families in need.

Margaret Gear, from Arden House, thanked Bank of Scotland for the donation and said it would go towards recreational and arts materials, which would greatly help the older
visitors’ development.
