Blood donor sessions return to Levenmouth

THE Scottish Blood Transfusion Service is making another visit to Levenmouth this month, requesting that people give blood.

The organisation is appealing for more donors and is asking people to attend a session in Buckhaven.

“With only five per cent of Scots giving blood, we need you 100 per cent behind us,” said a spokesman.

The service is returning to the area on Tuesday, October 30, with sessions at Buckhaven Community Centre in Kinnear Street.

These take place from 2.15pm-4pm and 5pm-7.30pm.

More information on the importance of giving blood and people’s suitability for it is available on 08451 90 90 999.
