Cupar apprentices qualify in enterprise

Catherine Stihler MEP presented completion certificates to four young people from Cupar who have recently completed their qualification in business enterprise. The presentation follows a recent visit to the European Parliament in Brussels by Shannen Scott (21,) from Ladybank, who is Scotland’s first business enterprise apprentice and was a finalist for Young Scot of the Year 2014. During her time in Brussels, Shannen showcased her apprenticeship journey along with the importance of social enterprise to the European Apprenticeships Alliance. Nicola England (19), Rebekah Beaton (19) and Liam Howard (21) have also now completed the programme and are among the first in Scotland to do so.
