CRAIGTOUN Meadows Holiday Park has become the first Fife winner of the Scottish Caravanner magazine’s Caravan Park of the Year award.

The award – for 2012 – was a fitting way for the park to celebrate its 40th anniversary.

Jim Gordon, managing director of Craigtoun Meadows, said: “We are delighted to have received this award in our 40th anniversary year and it’s even more pleasing for the staff to know this has been voted for by our customers, as well as a judging panel.”

Also during 2012, Craigtoun Meadows was again awarded five stars by VisitScotland, five pennants by the AA and a gold award by the David Bellamy Conservation Scheme.
