Four men have been arrested following an incident in Glenrothes at the weekend which left three men in hospital.
Police Scotland confirmed that one 17-year-old man, one 18-year-old man and two 19-year-old men are in police custody in connection with a disturbance that took place on Woodside Road in the town at around 1.00 a.m. on Sunday, June 1.
Three men in their fifties received serious injuries in the incident.
A 50-year-old man remains in a critical condition at the Western General Hospital in Edinburgh, while two other men have been released from Victoria Hospital following treatment.
A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal and the four teenagers will appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court tomorrow (Tuesday).
