NHS Fife’s catering team in the staff dining room at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy have been awarded the Healthy Living Plus award.
The award means that they are providing staff and visitors with healthy food choices.
Muriel Blake, support services manager at the hospital said: “The catering departments in NHS Fife recognise an organisational wide commitment to provide and support healthier eating. The Victoria Hospital catering staff have been very proactive in working towards providing a healthy menu for staff and visitors since the introduction of the Healthy Living Award in August 2006.”
The Healthy Living Plus award is managed and delivered by NHS Health Scotland.
