Highland pony Bo in action

A family pony has become a champion at a national dressage event in Buckingham.

Nine-year-old Bo took the top prize at National Pony Society Dressage Champonships against top class competitors from across the UK.

The multi-talented pony is owned by Elinor Steven from Kingsbarns and was ridden at the championships by Jo Jack of Wester Newburn, Upper Largo.

Elinor is proud of her little pony: “He is a super all round family pony,” she commented, “He gives my six-year-old son Angus pony rides, rides out with me and competes at a higher level with Jo,
