MSP Claire Baker lived up to her name on a recent visit to the Walk Inn in West Wemyss.
The Inn is celebrating its first birthday and Ms Baker joined the volunteers of its baking club who help produce the locally-sourced food on offer.
The facility is a Lottery funded social enterprise and part of a community drive to make West Wemyss a better place to work, live and visit.
It offers a fully licensed bistro, a café, a village shop which sells locally grown produce, and holiday accommodation. The Walk Inn is looking to increase its baking club volunteers who meet on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon.
Speaking after the visit, Ms Baker said: “It was great to go along and get some baking tips as well as support such an impressive social enterprise as they get ready to celebrate their first birthday. It has been a year of hard work but it has certainly paid off.”
