Guest house employees in the East Neuk have once again cooked up a refreshing menu to help a worthy charity.

Courtesy of bosses Ken and Christine Lawson, the young staff at the Spindrift Guest House in Anstruther, above, who are all pupils of Waid Academy, ask for the use of the premises to hold an afternoon tea and coffee session to raise funds for Children in Need. “This year, they raised £200 and, over the last few years, they have raised over £800 in total,” explained the couple. “They do a lot of the baking themselves, with a little help from their mothers!”
