The circus came to Bayview Stadium in Methil last Wednesday where children and the young at heart enjoyed a great time under the big top.

Vegus Circus, who claim to be the biggest show in Europe, didn’t disappoint when it arrived in Fife.

The audiences were thoroughly entertained for two hours by clowns, tight rope walkers, acrobats, pony rides, dancers, Hercules the strong man and so much more all under the watchful eye of the Ringmaster. And even The King himself Elvis Presley put in an appearance!

Children enjoyed face painting and pony rides during the interval and were invited to take part in the numerous acts throughout the show much to their delight.

There is still a chance to see the circus as it is here until August 4 Wednesday - Saturday: 3.00 p.m & 7.30 p.m, Sunday: 3.00 p.m and Bank Holiday Monday: 3.00 p.m. Tickets are available from the ticket office on site.
