One of Shakespeare’s plays is set to make a star appearance at RSPB Loch Leven nature reserve.
The Festival Players Theatre Company will return to on Tuesday, July 29, for an open-air production of Comedy of Errors, Shakespeare’s shortest comedy.
The all-male cast are set to deliver this farce of mistaken identities and hot pursuit.
The Festival Players are known for their highly-accessible and energetic style and performed A Midsummer Night’s Dream at the reserve last year.
Artistic director Michael Dyer said: “Our shows are never longer than two hours and we always try to make them crystal clear and an amalgam of energy, entertainment and colour.”
Karen Caldwell, visitor services manager at RSPB Loch Leven, said: “We are thrilled to have the Festival Players back again for what should prove a hilarious and chaotic evening. What better way to enjoy a play than sat on a scattering of blankets, enjoying a picnic, under the open sky surrounded by nature?”
