STRATHKINNESS Primary School triumphed in a one-day inter-schools enterprise manufacturing challenge held at the Rothes Halls.

The aim of the day was to look at manufacturing products which they created from the resources available.

The pupils set up a company called “Artic Shakers” and made salt/pepper/ spice shakers which were eventually sold at a £410 profit.

Alan Burton, company owner and organiser of the event, commended the pupils at their co orporation and team work skills.

Alan is a former participant of BBC1’s Dragons Den

The pupils in the photograph are all from primary 7 at Strathkinness.
