Twins’ double take opn student catwalk

Seventeen-year-old twins Lauren (right) and Lisa Rankin were stars of the catwalk at the Dundee College annual fashion catwalk show on Friday evening.

Former Madras College pupils Lauren and Lisa Rankin are now stars of the catwalk.

The 17-year-old twin sisters, both students at Dundee College, were the youngest of the models who strutted their stuff at the annual college catwalk show held at The Space last Friday evening, which was a great success.

The girls and their fellow models were exhibiting garments designed and created by fashion students at the college.

Lauren and Lisa have just successfully completed a National Certificate course at the new campus in Gardyne Road on which they embarked after leaving the St Andrews secondary school last year.

They will be going on to study for an HND in computer arts at the college after the summer holiday.

The girls have followed in the footsteps of their elder sister, Emma (20), now at university in Aberdeen. who also strode the catwalk during her time studying fashion at Dundee College.
