Alexander Selkirk statue in Lower Largo bedecked in East Fife colours

EAST Fife crashed out of the Scottish Cup on Saturday, making the Methil Men’s glory days seem so far in the past that even this fan may have still been in nappies.

The picture was taken by Len Low after an East Fife supporter decided to enlist Alexander Selkirk to the club’s ranks.

Let’s just hope it’s not the Fifers’ next league win our original Robinson Crusoe is looking out for.
