KIRKCALDY woman Diane Ward has been completely transformed after winning our ‘New Year, New You’, competition.
Diane, who stays in Bowhouse Drive in Kirkcaldy scooped a fantastic makeover prize donated by Mind and Body Studio, Kinghorn Road, Kirkcaldy at the start of the year.
The Fife Free Press teamed up with the studio to offer one reader the chance to win a personal exercise training programme, beauty treatments and gym membership.
The complete three-month package is worth hundreds of pounds and it included an Environ facial, hot stone massage, pedicure, acrylic nail extensions, beauty makeover, a hair cut and colour re-style.
On Friday Diane completed the package by having her make-up done and hair cut and colour re-styled.
Diane said she was delighted with the results: “It has been brilliant, really good.
“Since I started three months ago I have lost eight pounds and five-and-a-half inches. I have noticed a complete change in my shape.
“I really enjoyed the exercise classes, particularly attack, pilates, spinning and pump - I have been trying them all!
“The treatments have been fantastic too - the Ionithermie treatment was amazing and I have also had a body spray tan and a pedicure.”
She added: ”The staff are all really nice at Mind and Body and I have now joined the studio as a member. I feel a lot better about myself now.”
Keith Battle, owner of Mind and Body Studio, said: “It has been a pleasure working with Diane over the last few months.
“I am glad she has enjoyed the classes and the treatments.”
