Police in Fife have arrested and charged a 26-year-old man following a case of indecent exposure in Methil.
A report has been submitted to the procurator fiscal in the aftermath of the incident, which took place around noon on September 21 on Methil Brae.
Detective Sergeant Kieran Marsh of Levenmouth CID said: “I’d like to thank the public for their assistance with our investigation so far.
“Enquiries are still ongoing as part of our efforts to trace a woman who we believe may also have been a witness to this incident and, if the woman in question hears this appeal, I would urge her to get in touch.
“She is described as having blonde hair, which was tied back, and was wearing a light blue jacket with a white top underneath, blue jeans, dark shoes, and was carrying a dark-coloured shoulder bag.
“She may have been on her mobile phone at the time and was seen walking towards Wellesley Road.”
