MND campaigner Gordon Aikman to tell his moving story in BBC documentary

Set a reminder for BBC One Scotland this Monday, January 4, when the remarkable charity campaigner Gordon Aikman will be telling his heartbreaking but uplifting story in a documentary about his battle with motor neurone disease.

Since bring diagnosed with the incurable neurological condition last year at the age of just 29, Kirkcaldy-born Gordon has raised almost £500,000 for MND research and has raised awareness of the illness worldwide through his Gordon’s Fightback campaign.

“The Fight of Gordon’s Life” will be shown at 8.30pm.
