Police are appealing for information following the death of a pedestrian.

Police in Fife are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road collision near Collessie.

A male pedestrian was hit by a silver Volkswagen Beetle on the A91, at the junction with the B937.

The incident happened around 9.05pm on Saturday 30 January.

Sergeant James Henry said: “Our thoughts are with the man’s family at this difficult time.

“Anyone who may have seen a man walking in the area of the A91 around that time on Saturday, or who witnessed the incident, please get in touch.”
