Levenmouth locals are invited to head down to Leven’s promenade this Saturday for a full day of fun and entertainment.

Promfest, organised by Leven Community Council, looks to showcase everything the area has to offer, and get people back into the town centre.

The event, which kicks off at 11.00 a.m. and runs all day until 6.00 p.m., is set to feature something for everyone.

There will be games, inflatables and funfair rides for the kids and young at heart, plus over 20 stalls of crafts and entertainment from 1.00 p.m.

As well as a DJ who will keep the party going, there will be live music from Cody Feechan, Joe Viterbo and local band Break The Butterfly.

Look out for them on STV Edinburgh tomorrow (Thursday).

Leven Community Council is hoping a great day will be had by all and has encouraged anyone travelling by car to the event to use the free Fife Council carparks nearby.

Traffic restrictions will be in place on main roads in Leven, and parking enforcement may also be in place at RBS and Lidl, which is providing parking for customers only.
