Pupils at Aberhill Primary School took part in a specially organised dodgeball competition to raise money for the British Heart Foundation recently.

They managed to raise around £200 with donations still coming in. Younger pupils also took part in a Skipathon to raise money for the school. Headteacher Lorna Palmer said: “It was a very successful day and the kids really enjoyed it. It’s great to see the money going to such a worthwhile cause and a big thankyou to all the sponsors.”
