the Royal party for this year’s Kinghorn Children’s Gala has been chosen.

A random draw was made at a Kinghorn Primary School assembly by the 2012 Royal Party from nominated P7 pupils for the Gala Queen and King and P3 pupils for the attendants posts.

This year’s Royal Party are: Gala Queen – Jordyn Ferguson
King – Fraser Moore
Attendants – Ines Cullinane and Rurie Peattie

The theme for this year’s Kinghorn Gala was selected earlier in the school year by pupils at Kinghorn Primary School and will be ‘Movies and Films.’

Kinghorn Gala week will run from Sunday, June 2 to Saturday, June 8, with the Gala Queen crowning on June 2 and the Gala parade and party night on June 8.

A full programme of events for all age groups will take place in and around Gala week, and the organising committee is looking forward to the Kinghorn children and community having fantastic fun at this year’s events.

To raise funds for the Gala, the committee is holding a fundraising coffee morning this Saturday from 10.00 a.m. to noon, and organisers are hoping that as many people as possible will go along to support their local Gala.
