Fearless staff at the Co-op store in Glenrothes took on the ‘Big Swing’ to raise money for the learning disability charity, Enable Scotland.

The Big Swing is exactly that, a swing, suspended from the 150ft crane, that swings out and over the River Clyde like a huge pendulum before eventually lowering thrill seekers back to the ground.

Kirsty Foley and Jodie Driscoll from the Cadan Centre Co-operative Food store in Glenrothes managed to raise an impressive £440 from sponsorship.

Enable Scotland has been chosen as the Co-ops charity partnership of the year for 2011.
