WELCOME to hell.
Or at least a version of hell created by alternative performers, The Circus of Horrors.
Dubbed the most bizarre and beautiful circus on earth, the show features everything from a dare devil flying trapese to a vampiric crow woman suspended only by her hair, to whirlwind roller skaters and sword swallowers.
The new version of the show, entitled ‘The Four Chapters from Hell’, will take you on a journey though all of the Circus of Horrors incarnations, beginning in a French asylum where the inmates are liberated and become the performers in the show.
The circus then moves on to Victorian London, it is the late 1890s and the freak show has come to town.
The final twist to the story takes us into the future, and into 2020, a futuristic vision of Mad Max style civilization inhabited by vampires, zombies and the undead.
All this, plus pickled and bendy people, voodoo warriors, knife throwers and an almighty cast of 26 of the wildest, weirdest but most of all greatest performers on earth.
The show is recommended for those over 12 and under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
The Circus of Horrors is coming to the Rothes Halls on February 18.
