TWO top hair stylists were in town this week looking to inspire students and those working in the hairdressing industry.

Sergio Renis and Giuseppe Bulzis from the Windle Artistic Team held a seminar in the Atrium of Adam Smith College’s St Brycedale Campus on Monday evening.

The stylists from Windle and Moodie, which has salons in New York and London, are involved in work for the world’s fashion weeks including those in London, Paris and New York, as well as editorial work for magazines such as Vogue and ID.

Helen Anderson, a hairdressing lecturer at the college who organised the event, told the Press: “The seminar was about captivating the students’ and industry’s creativity and to try and inspire them.

“We had around 240 people there, including students and those working in salons. It was a really good turnout and we are really pleased.

“We have had some feedback and everybody seems to be really inspired and they want to see more of what we did on Monday night.”

The college announced on Monday they plan to host another seminar next March.
