Police officers in Fife are currently investigating a serious road traffic collision which took place on Wednesday night around 7.00 p.m. on the eastbound carriageway of the A92 at the Kirkcaldy West junction.

The accident involved a blue Renault Clio and a white Fiat 500, and caused injuries to three people, a man aged 77 and two women, aged 76 and 25 respectively, who were all taken to hospital.

Police Scotland are keen to speak to anyone who saw the accident or the cars involved just before the accident.
