A popular weekend venue for many Levenmouth residents is looking to open its doors on a broader scale.
Plans have been in the pipeline to make Brannigan’s at Hawkslaw Road even more accessible to the public, since a transfer of ownership under Ferguson Leisure Ltd.

Manager Kerry Smith explained student evenings, special promotions and themed nights were being considered.
“Brannigan’s may be a popular night spot for Leven at weekends but we wanted to have more of a choice for people during the week as well, not just Fridays and Saturdays,” she said.
“Leven has quite a good student vibe, especially with the (nearby) Adam Smith Campus, so we thought every Thursday would be a good opportunity to run a Student Night, with promotions and special offers, as well as music and karaoke to keep them entertained.
“We are also looking to run quiz nights and bingo nights on a Sunday, along with entertainment, as Brannigan’s is keen to cater and offer something else for all sections of Levenmouth.
“By having different nights, it gives everyone a chance to have a bit of fun as well.”
The new owners had been “100 per cent supportive” added Kerry, and the venue hoped to give Levenmouth people a real choice of where to go and what to do from Thursday nights right through the weekend.
“We are also very keen for people to speak to us and let us know what they would like and will be advertising and highlighting these events through various sources,” said Kerry.
Any feedback or suggestions would be picked up at ‘Brannis’ facebook page.
